About the Role Deputy Manager to join an OUTSTANDING Ofsted-rated 3-bed therapeutic home based inĀ Wolverhampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior or Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career, or a developing Deputy Manager seeking to join a highly supportive and progressive organisation.
You’ll be joining a well-established team who are passionate about providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Shift Details
  • Full-time – 173 hours per month
  • Typical shifts: 8am – 11pm (day) and 11pm – 8am (sleep)
  • Consistent 2 on / 4 off rota pattern
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a Children’s Residential setting (Senior or above)
  • Confident in leading a team and supporting young people with complex needs
  • Committed to trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches
  • Holds or working towards Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Ideally holds or willing to work towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management
  • Passionate about creating positive, lasting outcomes for young people
