We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established 60 bed home providing both residential and nursing care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished manager with a proven track record in elderly care to take ownership of a supportive and well-resourced service.
About the Home:
As the Nursing Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day running of the service. You’ll ensure the highest standards of care, lead and inspire your team, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day running of the service. You’ll ensure the highest standards of care, lead and inspire your team, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Home Manager role within elderly care
- Current NMC registration (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and governance
- Competitive salary of £60,000
