We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead a well-established private elderly care service in the Godalming area. With around 250 care hours per week, the service has a solid foundation — and huge scope to expand. As the branch grows, your salary and bonus potential grow with it.

• Experienced within domiciliary care management
• Confident in driving service quality and compliance
• Skilled at building hours and maintaining client satisfaction
• A natural leader with strong people-management skills
• Comfortable with some on-call where required
• Motivated by growth, development, and improving outcomes
