Deputy Children’s Home Manager – EBD Home
📍 Location: Derby
💷 Salary: £38,000 + overtime 
🕒 Hours: 3 office days (9–5) & 1 full 24-hour shift (with sleep-in) per week
We’re seeking a passionate Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading an EBD children’s home. You’ll help ensure the highest standards of care, provide leadership to the team, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment for young people who’ve experienced trauma.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role within children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of EBD and therapeutic practice
• Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare qualification (working towards Level 5 welcomed)
• Confident in care planning, safeguarding, risk assessments, and budgeting
• Full UK driving licence (on-call participation required)
