🌟 Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care 📍 Location: Canterbury (Hybrid – Work from Home & Site Visits)
💰 Salary: Up to £40,000 per year + £100/weekend on-call allowance
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Company
A well-established domiciliary care provider with over 12 years of experience delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the Canterbury area. We are proud to have received a ‘Good’ rating from the CQC, and we are now looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to help us continue to grow and maintain our high standards.

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of personal care services. You will manage a small but dedicated team currently delivering around 350 hours of care per month, with the opportunity to expand services further.
You’ll be supported with a work laptop, travel expenses, and a company credit card. This role offers flexibility to work from home while maintaining regular visits to service users and staff across Canterbury.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop care staff to deliver exceptional personal care.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staff rostering, assessments, and care planning.
• Build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
• Drive quality and growth within the service while maintaining a focus on compassionate, person-led care.
• Participate in the on-call rota, with £100 extra pay for weekend phone cover.

Requirements ✅ Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or home care.
✅ Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
✅ Commitment to delivering a high-end, professional care service.
(Training and ongoing development will be provided.)
