Business Development Manager – Homecare / Complex Care 📍 Base Location: Rochdale
💷 Salary: Up to £35,000 basic | £70,000 OTE
🕒 Full-time | Permanent
🚗 Travel across the North East required
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in homecare and complex care to drive growth across the North East. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role suited to someone who understands care commissioning, relationship-building, and service development within the homecare sector.
The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within homecare and complex care services
• Building strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, ICBs, and private clients
• Expanding care packages and service provision across the North East
• Supporting service growth through tenders, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation of new packages
• Representing the organisation at networking events and stakeholder meetings

About You We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5 years’ experience within the homecare sector
• Has proven business development experience in homecare or complex care
• Understands commissioning, frameworks, and care pathways
• Is commercially driven, confident, and results-focused
• Has strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Is comfortable travelling regularly across the North East
