I am recruiting on behalf of a leading private plastic surgery clinic based in Barnet, seeking a skilled and confident Theatre Nurse to join their dedicated surgical team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a boutique clinical setting focused on delivering high-quality, bespoke cosmetic procedures, supported by experienced surgeons and clinical specialists.
The Role:
As a Theatre Nurse, you will assist in the smooth running of the operating theatre, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care before, during, and after surgical procedures. You will work closely with consultants and scrub staff, contributing to a culture of excellence and discretion.

Theatre Practitioner Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the theatre and assist during surgical procedures
- Deliver pre- and post-operative care to patients
- Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols
- Support anaesthetists and scrub practitioners as needed
Theatre Practitioner Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Previous theatre experience (cosmetic or surgical setting preferred)
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performing team
- A compassionate, discreet, and patient-centred approach
- £40,000 – £46,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday hours – no nights
