💷 Salary: £40,000–£45,000
🕒 Start Date: January start preferred – open to pre-Christmas for the right person!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Registered Domiciliary Manager to launch and lead a brand-new branch in the Midlands — with the full backing of three well-established, high-performing sister branches.
You’ll have the autonomy to build your own team and shape the service from the ground up, while receiving strong operational and compliance support from head office.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager (or a strong Deputy ready to step up)
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Must be based in or around the Midlands and drive
