💷 Salary: £38,000
🕒 50 hours per week over 5 days
We’re looking for a passionate and values-driven Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager across a busy domiciliary and supported living service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, leads with compassion, and wants to make a real impact on the lives of the people we support.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day leadership and smooth running of the service, including:
  • Supporting the Registered Manager in delivering safe, effective, person-centred care
  • Ensuring service users’ wishes, choices, and wellbeing are at the heart of care delivery
  • Leading, supervising and developing staff to maintain high-quality standards
  • Managing rotas, staffing levels and ensuring the right skill mix is in place
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, support plans and compliance records
  • Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deputising in the Registered Manager’s absence
  • Upholding company values: compassion, quality, dignity, respect, and continuous improvement
This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same—ideal if you love being involved, problem-solving, and supporting teams to shine.
✨ What We’re Looking For
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in domiciliary care, supported living, or a similar care environment
  • Ability to manage staffing, build rotas, and oversee daily operations
  • Confident in maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance
  • A values-driven leader who promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence
  • Ability to work 5 days across a 7-day service
Management/supervisory qualifications are desirable but not essential if you bring the right experience and mindset.
