Home Manager – Elderly Residential & Nursing Care

Location: Sleaford area
Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum + 15% performance bonus
Employment Term: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Full-time management hours
Overview: A well-established elderly care provider in the Sleaford area is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a high-quality residential and nursing service supporting older adults, including those living with dementia. The home benefits from strong leadership support, including a Clinical Lead and a largely supernumerary Deputy Manager.

About the Role: As Home Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and regulatory management of a well-supported care service. You’ll lead and motivate the staff team, maintain high standards of person-centred care, and ensure continued strong performance in line with CQC expectations. You’ll be supported by experienced senior colleagues and an established provider.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months as a Home Manager or 2 years’ experience as a supernumerary Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership or a registered nurse qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, and word documents.
• Strong understanding of elderly care, safeguarding, and CQC compliance.
