š About the Role Weāre looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Childrenās Home Manager to take on dual registration for two solo-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) homes.
Youāll lead dedicated teams across both sites, ensuring high-quality, therapeutic care and maintaining strong Ofsted compliance ā with a track record of achieving GOOD or better ratings.

- Minimum 2 yearsā experience as a Registered Manager within a childrenās residential setting
- Proven success achieving GOOD or OUTSTANDING Ofsted results
- Strong leadership, compliance, and safeguarding knowledge
- Experience managing EBD solo placements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
