Location: Croydon
Salary: £65,000 Pro Rata

We’re seeking a confident and experienced Interim Home Manager to oversee two supported accommodation sites comprising 30 sheltered flats and 15 bedsitting flats, supporting elderly residents across Croydon.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a strong operational leader who can provide stability, oversight and high-quality service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership & operational management background
• Experience working within elderly or supported living services (desirable)
• Ability to stabilise, guide and support teams across multiple locations
• Confident managing day-to-day operations, staff performance & compliance
• Someone able to start quickly and hit the ground running
