The Role As the Registered Manager, you’ll:
  • Lead, inspire and motivate a dedicated care team
  • Create a safe, nurturing and activity-filled home for young people
  • Ensure the home maintains high-quality, Ofsted-compliant standards of care
  • Develop and oversee personalised care plans to meet each child’s individual needs
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professional partners
  • Support with recruitment, training, and staff development
  • Champion safeguarding and ensure the welfare of every young person
🧩 What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children’s residential care regulations
  • A leader who embodies the organisation’s core values:

  • Must be 21 years+ (in line with regulations)
