- Support the service as it expands into new locations
- Motivate teams, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience in Supported Living OR Domiciliary Care
- Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and a growing team
- Understanding of Supporting People, LD, Autism, and complex needs
- Someone excited by growth, development, and service expansion
