Interim Service Manager (Consultancy Basis)

Location: Colchester area
Rate: £300 per day
Hours: 3 days per week (office-based)
Service Type: Supported Lving/ Residential 

We’re working with a respected care provider seeking an experienced Interim Service Manager to support adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is a consultancy-based opportunity, ideal for a confident, hands-on leader who can provide immediate operational support and stability.

About the Role:

You’ll oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensure quality and compliance, and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding person-centred care. The successful candidate will promote independence, dignity, and empowerment for the individuals supported.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience within Learning Disability/Autism services
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on a consultancy/interim basis
• Available 3 days per week on-site
