Clinical Deputy Manager (NMC Registered)
Location: Banbury area, Oxfordshire
Salary: £49,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (with on-call responsibility)

We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established care service providing high-quality nursing and residential care for older people. About the Role:

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll work alongside the Home Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. You’ll lead, support, and develop the nursing and care teams while maintaining a safe, person-centred approach for all residents.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – essential
• Proven experience in a senior nursing or deputy management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical governance skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in elderly care
