Location: Banbury area, Oxfordshire
Salary: £49,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (with on-call responsibility)

About the Role:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll work alongside the Home Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. You’ll lead, support, and develop the nursing and care teams while maintaining a safe, person-centred approach for all residents.

- £49,000 per annum
- Monday–Friday schedule with some on-call duties
