Location: Bolton & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Bonus: Performance-Related Bonus

About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in the Bolton area.

This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a long-standing, reputable service — driving growth, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting and developing staff, and building strong working relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service
• Maintain full compliance with CQC standards
• Lead and develop staff through effective recruitment, training, and supervision
• Build strong partnerships with Local Authorities and key stakeholders
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
• Manage budgets, rotas, and service reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Registered Manager or confident Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Strong understanding of CQC compliance and governance
• Excellent leadership and organisational abilities
• Proven experience working with commissioners and local authorities
• Passionate about high-quality home care and team development

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary £35,000 – £40,000 DOE
