A well-established service in the Penzance area is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their dedicated team supporting adults with physical disabilities. The home provides a high standard of person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing and personal care in line with individual care plans.
• Safely administer and record medications in accordance with NMC standards.
• Lead and support the care team to ensure excellent standards are maintained.
• Carry out ongoing assessments, monitor health needs, and update care plans.
• Promote a positive, safe, and empowering environment for all residents.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Experience working with adults with physical disabilities or complex needs preferred.
• Committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care.
