We’re a growing, forward-thinking residential childcare provider seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Manager to lead an established 2-bed children’s home in Cumbria.
The current Registered Manager is progressing into a senior role within the organisation, creating an exciting opportunity for a motivated manager to take on a well-run home with strong foundations.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Deputy Manager or Registered Manager within children’s residential care
• Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for young people
• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

📍 Location Based in Cumbria, within an established 2-bed children’s home.
