🏡 Children’s Home Manager – Grimsby (Open to Experienced Deputies Ready to Step Up!)
An exciting opportunity has opened for a passionate and confident leader to manage a well-established 4-bed EBD children’s home in Grimsby. This is a brilliant role for either a strong Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager looking to take the next step into full registration.
Children’s homes provide essential, stable, therapeutic care for young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, or emotional/behavioural challenges. Your leadership will shape the culture, drive positive outcomes, and ensure the home remains a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
🔹 Role Details:

• 📍 Location: Grimsby
• 💷 Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
• 🏠 4-bed EBD home (stable & established)
• 📅 Start Date: January
• 🌱 Open to strong Deputies stepping into their first Registered Manager post
• 👥 Supportive structure with an experienced team in place
• 📈 Great opportunity for long-term progression within the organisation

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working within children's residential care (EBD preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a child-centred mindset
• Knowledge of Ofsted requirements & safeguarding practices
• Commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for young people
