Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
📍 Location: Northampton or Oxford (preference for your local branch)
💷 Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per year
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
🚗 Mileage paid for assessments
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee a growing homecare service delivering around 1,000 care hours per week. You’ll have the flexibility to be based in either Northampton or Oxford, with occasional visits (2–3 times per month) to the sister branch.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and domiciliary care regulations
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
