Hours: 36 hours per week (Nights)
Rate: £20.00 per hour

We are recruiting an experienced Night Nurse to join a small, well-run nursing home in the New Milton area, supporting 21 residents only. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking calm, well-supported night shifts in a close-knit setting.
The Home:
• Small nursing home with 21 residents
• Stable and supportive staff team
• Calm night environment with manageable clinical needs
• Strong focus on person-centred care
The Role:
• Provide high-quality nursing care throughout the night
• Medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to changes in condition
• Maintain dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
Requirements:
• NMC registered nurse (RGN or RMN)
• Previous nursing home experience preferred
• Confident working independently on night shifts
• Compassionate, reliable, and clinically competent
