We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a well-established homecare service in central Liverpool, delivering high-quality care primarily to elderly clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident homecare professional to take ownership of a service focused on person-centred care and strong compliance.
The Role As Registered Domiciliary Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service
• Ensuring high standards of care for elderly service users
• Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
• Leading, supporting, and developing the care and office teams
• Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and quality assurance
• Managing on-call responsibilities as required
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals

About You We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in domiciliary/homecare management (essential)
• Has strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
• Is an effective leader with excellent organisational skills
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred elderly care
• Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
