š About the Role Weāre looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join a childrenās residential home in Liverpool, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs to thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
Youāll play a key leadership role ā supporting the Registered Manager, leading shifts, mentoring the care team, and ensuring the home continues to provide a safe, nurturing environment.
