🌟 About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join a children’s residential home in Liverpool, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs to thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
You’ll play a key leadership role — supporting the Registered Manager, leading shifts, mentoring the care team, and ensuring the home continues to provide a safe, nurturing environment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) — Level 5 desirable or willingness to work toward it
• Previous experience in a children’s residential setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and safeguarding skills
• Passion for helping young people reach their full potential
