About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a respected independent private mental health clinic in the Accrington area.

This is a nights-only position within a supportive clinical team, providing high-quality care and therapeutic support to adults with complex mental health needs. You will take responsibility for clinical assessments, risk management, and ensuring a safe and compassionate environment during night shifts.

Requirements:

• Current NMC Registration (RMN) – essential
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in mental health or acute psychiatric settings
• Excellent clinical and risk assessment skills
• Confident working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
