🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential childcare (EBD)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and therapeutic care models
• Resilient, compassionate, and motivated to drive quality outcomes
