🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and grow our private pay homecare service across Knutsford
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families
• Design bespoke, high-quality care packages that exceed expectations
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of compassionate care professionals
• Ensure CQC excellence through exceptional leadership and compliance
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the community
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and continuous improvement

🧠 About You: You’re a commercially-minded Care Manager who combines empathy with ambition. You understand what outstanding looks like — and you’re driven to achieve it every single day.
You’ll need:
✅ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✅ Proven experience managing a high-quality homecare service
✅ Deep understanding of CQC standards and compliance
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Strong business development and people management experience
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
