You’ll have the autonomy to shape your own branch, develop your team, and deliver truly outstanding care to clients in their own homes.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

• Register and lead the new Dulwich branch with the CQC
• Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and client satisfaction
• Recruit, develop, and manage your care team
• Drive growth and build relationships with local authorities and private clients
• Ensure person-centred, high-quality care is delivered consistently
• Participate in shared on-call duties with the office team

✅ About you:

• Proven domiciliary care management experience (Registered or Deputy ready to step up)
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Confident in business development and relationship building
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
