About the Role We’re seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join the clinical team within a 60-bed care home providing nursing, dementia, and end-of-life care. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment that requires strong clinical judgment, resilience, and a genuine passion for person-centred care.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with complex needs, and collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
