About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Care Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary service in Burnley, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to Local Authority and commissioned clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy service, currently delivering substantial care hours each week, and to continue building strong relationships with local commissioners, social workers, and community partners. You’ll manage compliance, oversee care planning, and lead a dedicated office and field-based team to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people you support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional care in line with CQC standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring continuity and quality of care
  • Conduct spot checks, supervision, and field visits to maintain service standards
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Local Authorities, health professionals, and families
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of care staff
  • Drive service growth while ensuring compliance and safeguarding are always prioritised
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required

About You:
  • Proven experience in managing a domiciliary or supported living service
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and Local Authority processes
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on sustainable service delivery
  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle
