Home Manager – Nurse Qualified

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Service Type: 50-bedded Care Home – Residential, Nursing & Dementia Care
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (OTE)
Hours: Full-time, permanent position

The service provides a blend of residential, nursing, and dementia care, ensuring residents receive compassionate and tailored support in a warm, welcoming, and homely environment.

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and nurse-qualified Home Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead the operational and clinical management of this 50-bedded home. You’ll be responsible for maintaining compliance, driving quality improvement, and providing strong leadership to ensure the continued delivery of safe, person-centred care.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Home Manager or Regional Manager within elderly care
• Proven track record of achieving strong occupancy, compliance, and CQC outcomes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and care governance
