Registered Care Home Manager

Location: Maidstone, Kent
Service Type: 50-bedded Residential Care Home (Elderly Care)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, permanent position

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-established 50-bedded residential care service in Maidstone. The home provides high-quality, person-centred care for older adults in a supportive and welcoming environment.
You’ll be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, maintaining compliance with CQC standards, and ensuring the continued delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or elderly care setting
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or working towards)
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• In-depth understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• A genuine passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
