An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supported Living Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of supported living services in Eastbourne. This role is ideal for a confident leader who is passionate about supporting young adults with mental health needs and delivering high-quality, person-centred care across multiple sites.
🌟 About the Role

• Oversee 5 supported living sites
• Support young adults with mental health needs, promoting independence and wellbeing
• Provide strong leadership across teams to ensure safe, compliant, and effective services
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and CQC compliance
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive service quality and continuous improvement

• Experience in supported living, mental health, or community-based services
• Strong people management and multi-site leadership skills
• Confident in managing compliance, care planning, and operational delivery
• Passionate, organised, and proactive leader
• Ready to take on a new challenge starting in January
