Registered Manager – 1 Bed EBD Children’s Home

Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
We are recruiting on behalf of an established and well-respected provider of children’s residential care for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 1-bed EBD home based in Northampton.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a settled and supportive home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the home in line with company policies and Ofsted regulations
• Promote a nurturing and safe environment for young people
• Supervise, develop and support staff to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure all care plans and documentation meet regulatory standards
• Work closely with local authorities, professionals, and families

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
• Experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and safeguarding procedures
• Passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives
