Registered Children’s Home Manager – Dual Site
Location: Leyland
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two children’s homes (one 2-bed and one 3-bed). Both homes are fully set up and ready to go, offering an exciting opportunity for a confident leader to step in and deliver high-quality, child-centred care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience within children’s residential care
• Excellent understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes
