Operations & Compliance Manager (Domiciliary Care) 📍 Maidenhead & Windsor
💷 £20–£23 per hour (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced care professional to join a reputable domiciliary service as an Operations & Compliance Manager. This is a flexible hybrid role—perfect for someone wanting to make high-level impact without full-time hours.
🌟 The Role You’ll play a key part in ensuring the service remains compliant, well-organised, and operating at the highest quality standards. Duties include:

• Overseeing operational performance across the Maidenhead & Windsor branches
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks
• Supporting audits, policies, risk management, and service improvements
• Coaching and guiding staff teams to maintain best practice
• Working closely with senior leadership to enhance service delivery

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in any management background within care (domiciliary experience ideal but not essential)
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality assurance, or operational processes
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Someone who thrives in a part-time, flexible leadership role
