🏡 About the Role We are seeking a passionate, dynamic Children’s Home Manager to lead our residential home in Preston. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted requirements.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the home’s culture, build and lead a motivated staff team, and make a lasting positive impact on the children in your care.

👩‍💼 Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from:

• Experienced Children’s Home Managers
• Experienced Deputy Managers ready to progress into their first Registered Manager role

Essential qualities:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• A genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children
• NVQ Level 3/5 (or working towards Level 5) in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
  
  Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
