An established and supportive children’s residential care provider is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed home in Camden, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role You’ll take full responsibility for the leadership and management of a well-established, fully occupied 4-bed EBD home. Working alongside a skilled Deputy Manager, you’ll ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding while fostering a nurturing, therapeutic environment for young people to flourish.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up.
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards.
  • Passion for delivering child-centred, trauma-informed care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
  • Full UK Driving Licence required.
