Overview: A well-established and respected elderly care provider in the Canterbury area is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for older adults, including those living with dementia. This is a day-based role within a compassionate and supportive service committed to excellence in care and compliance.
About the Role: As Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, youāll oversee clinical standards, mentor nursing and care teams, and promote residentsā wellbeing through safe and effective care practices. Working closely with colleagues and external professionals, youāll ensure the highest standards of nursing care and compliance with CQC requirements.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- NMC-registered Nurse (RGN / RMN).
- Proven leadership experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT and record-keeping ability.
- Passion for elderly care and promoting person-centred support.
- Ā£21.50āĀ£22.00 per hour (depending on shift).
- Minimum 36 hours per week.
