Overview A well-established elderly and dementia residential care home in the Colwyn area is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day running of a 40-bedded service. This role requires a confident, knowledgeable manager with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of compliance within care home settings.

• Elderly care and dementia
• Maximum of 40 service users
• Stable staff team and supportive senior leadership
• Strong focus on high-quality, person-centred care

Key Requirements

• SCW Registered – essential
• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager – essential
• RGN qualification – desirable but not required
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance
• Confident overseeing staffing, safeguarding, audits and compliance
• Ability to lead, motivate and support the team
