We are now recruiting a Team Leader to lead practice on shift and support the delivery of high-quality care.

We are now recruiting a Team Leader to lead practice on shift and support the delivery of high-quality care.
š¹ The Role As Team Leader, you will be a key presence on shift, setting standards and supporting both staff and young people.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and maintain high standards of care and conduct
- Mentor and support staff, including new starters
- Conduct staff supervisions and provide feedback to senior management
- Act as a key point of contact on shift and escalate concerns when required
- Act as Key Worker where necessary
- Support care planning, assessments, and reviews
- Organise and participate in activities, outings, and holidays
- Liaise with external professionals and agencies
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and sign off written work
- Promote best practice in line with the homeās Statement of Purpose and policies
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 yearsā experience in a childrenās residential setting
- Full UK manual driving licence
- ā Paid training & funded qualifications
