🌟 Supported Living Manager – Birmingham A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced social care leader to take on a Supported Living Manager position overseeing a large, fast-paced service delivering high-quality support across the Birmingham area.
🔹 Role Overview:

• 🏘️ Managing 10 supported living sites
• ⏱️ Service delivering over 9,000 hours per month
• 💷 Salary: £55,000
• 📍 Based in Birmingham
• 🧠 Supporting a mixed client group: Complex Needs, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health
• 🔄 Open to candidates from domiciliary care backgrounds looking to step into supported living management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational management across multiple sites
• Ensure safe, person-centred care for service users with varying needs
• Lead, develop, and support staff teams across the region
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and quality frameworks
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and external professionals
• Drive service improvement, growth, and positive outcomes

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced manager within supported living or domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of complex needs, LD & mental health support
• Confident multi-site leader with excellent organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, empowering support
