Operations Manager
Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Dewsbury
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
An established domiciliary care company is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take operational responsibility for its Dewsbury service.
The Branch is in its early growth stage, currently delivering approximately 60 client hours per week, with strong scope for development. The service was successfully registered with CQC by the previous manager. The provider is now looking for a confident and committed manager to take the service forward.
About the Role
• Full operational management of the domiciliary care service
• Maintain and build upon CQC compliance and quality standards
• Recruit, support, and develop care staff
• Grow client hours and develop the service sustainably
• Ensure safe, person-centred care delivery
• Act as the Registered Manager with CQC
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Ability to develop services in early or growth stages
• Confident leadership and people management skills
• Organised, motivated, and able to work independently
