Children's Home Manager

Registered Children’s Home Manager – Castleford
Salary: £50,000 + up to £3,000 annual bonus + £1,000 for Outstanding Ofsted
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Home Type: 2-bed Therapeutic (EBD)
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our 2-bed therapeutic children’s home in Castleford. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations, while inspiring and supporting your team to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
What You’ll Need:

• Previous Ofsted registration and strong leadership experience within Children’s Residential Care
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Level 5 Diploma in Children, Young People and Families Management (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence (on-call rota required)
