Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Administer and record medications accurately.
- Lead and mentor care teams to uphold high standards of practice.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Promote an environment that supports independence, comfort, and respect.
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
- Previous experience in elderly or dementia care desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate and committed approach to nursing care.
- Flexible to work day or night shifts.
- £19.50 per hour
