🌟 Registered Domiciliary Care Manager An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead and grow a well-established home care service delivering high-quality support to adults in the community.
🔹 Role Overview:

• 💷 Salary: From £40,000
• 🏠 Service Size: Currently delivering 220 private care hours per week
• 🧓 Includes: A weekly day care centre provision
• 🕒 Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
• 🚗 Driving licence essential

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end service management, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• Lead daily operations, scheduling, and service delivery
• Provide on-call support as part of the rota
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards
• Drive service growth and uphold excellent care outcomes

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in managing or supporting domiciliary care services
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safe practice
• Confident leader with great organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about providing high-quality care within the community
