They provide the safe haven in which the young person can grow physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Team Leader Children’s Residential Care Worker role will involve:
- Helping to create a positive environment for each young person’ with particular reference to his/ her safety, health and education.
- Helping to carry the homes ethos and values through to the young people and represent the comapny as a professional.
- Maintaining good professional practices in accordance with Ofsted Regulations and the Quality Care Standards for children’s homes.
- Engaging in the effective delivery of residential childcare in accordance with Company
Team Leader - Children’s Residential Care Worker requirements
- Manual Drivers Licence (required)
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care Qualification (required)
- Residential Child Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Salary dependent on qualifications and undertaking 3–8 sleep-ins per month.
