Team Leader – Children’s Support Worker (Children’s Home) - 📍 Derby | 💷 Up to £36,232 per year - Full Time 

Overall Role
We are happy to be working with a prestigious children’s home  whose philosophy is to always put the children first . They believe that all young people deserve to live in a safe and nurturing environment , cared for by a dedicated staff team  who are experienced and well-trained . They provide the safe haven in which the young person can grow physically, emotionally and spiritually.


Team Leader Children’s Residential Care Worker role will involve:

• Helping to create a positive environment for each young person’ with particular reference to his/ her safety, health and education.
• Helping to carry the homes ethos and values through to the young people and represent the comapny as a professional.
• Maintaining good professional practices in accordance with Ofsted Regulations and the Quality Care Standards for children’s homes.
• Engaging in the effective delivery of residential childcare in accordance with Company

Team Leader - Children’s Residential Care Worker requirements 

• Manual Drivers Licence (required)
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care Qualification (required)
• Residential Child Care: 1 year (preferred)
• Salary dependent on qualifications and undertaking 3–8 sleep-ins per month.
