This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a small, therapeutic, high-stability provision where quality, consistency and meaningful outcomes truly matter.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational, regulatory and developmental leadership of a single-occupancy home supporting a young person with learning disabilities, ASD, communication needs and associated behaviours. - Ensure the young person receives high-quality, personalised, therapeutic support tailored to their needs and goals.

- Oversee care planning, PBS strategies, safeguarding, audits and regulatory reporting (incl. Reg 44/45).

- Recruit, mentor and develop a small, stable staff team with a strong professional culture.

- Manage rotas, budgets, training, governance and continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain effective partnerships with families, social workers, therapists and all external professionals.

- Sustain and enhance the home’s Outstanding rating through consistent best practice.

About You

- Experienced Deputy or Registered Manager within children’s residential LD/ASD services.

- Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, communication support and safeguarding.

- Confident leader who excels in a small-service, high-autonomy environment.

- Skilled in compliance, audits, behaviour support and team development.

- Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for young people with complex needs.

What We Offer
