💷 Salary: £40,000 – £43,000
👥 Service Type: 16–18-year-olds (semi-independent)
🏠 Current Setup: 2 sites (2–3 beds each) — with exciting plans to expand!
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Supported Living Manager to lead and grow a developing Ofsted-regulated service supporting young people aged 16–18. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and inspire your team to deliver safe, high-quality, and empowering support.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong leadership background within children’s or supported living services
