• Base salary £53,000
• OTE up to £60,800 through performance bonuses

• Full occupancy bonus: £400 per month

🔹 The Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children’s residential home supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance while developing a stable, motivated staff team.
📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the children’s home
• Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
• Maintain and improve inspection outcomes and service quality
• Recruit, supervise, and develop the staff team
• Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and risk management
• Liaise with professionals, families, and external agencies
• Drive continuous improvement and strong occupancy outcomes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting (EBD preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Confident leadership and people-management skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding, child-centred care

• ✔ £53,000 base salary
• ✔ OTE up to £60,800 through performance bonuses
• ✔ 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day per year for the first 3 years
• ✔ On-call included within salary (shared with Deputy Manager; rarely required)
• ✔ Ofsted bonus: £3,000 (Outstanding) | £1,500 (Good)
• ✔ Company car or travel allowance: £3,000 per annum
• ✔ Full occupancy bonus: £400 per month
